Belarusian President, Alexander Lukashenko, says two suspects have confessed to carrying out the deadly subway bombing in Minsk. His comments came as the country observed a day of mourning for the victims.
Monday's explosion in the nation's capital killed 12 people, and wounded more than 200, during evening rush hour at the city's main subway station. Flags flew with black ribbons, and residents wept as they viewed portraits of the victims.
