David Awuni was remanded by the court presided over by Mrs. Laurinda Owusu, to re-appear on Nov 16.
Awuni pleaded not guilty to three counts of causing damage, unlawful entry, and stealing.

He said on October 29 Awuni and one Kwesi, together with two others now at large, broke into the shop of the complainant at Community Nine.
The prosecution said Awuni and his accomplices stole assorted provisions valued at GH1,100, two fridges, seven wrist watches, and cash of GH11.
Chief Inspector Dzakpasu said the accused person used his pick-up vehicle to transport the goods and in the course of discharging the goods into another shop, an informant told the Police.
He said the suspects bolted when they saw a patrol team approaching but the team arrested Awuni and retrieved the provisions and the two fridges.
