The Otuasekan Rural Bank at Kofiase in the Mampong municipality continues to support quality education and quality health delivery in its catchments areas.
The Bank has built a four-bedroom headmaster's bungalow for the Kofiase Senior High School area at a cost of GH�64,000 and has given scholarships to four brilliant but needy students at the tertiary level.
Mr Richard Prosper Asiedu, General Manager of the Bank, made this known when presenting a 14.5 kva power generator to the Kofiase Health Centre on Monday.
He said the equipment was part of the Bank's contributions towards quality health care delivery in its catchments area and in fulfilment of the Bank's social responsibility.
The Principal Medical Assistant in charge of the Kofiase Health Centre, Mr Anthony Amissah, re-affirmed the Bank's support for the facility and said the donation would boost the morale of his staff to give off their best.
The chief of Kofiase, Nana Otuo Agyei Acheampong, commended the Board, Management and Staff of Otuasekan Rural Bank for their continuous support to the people and communities in the area since its inception about 20 years ago.
