Samsung C&T Corp., a major South Korean builder, said Friday that a consortium led by it has clinched a US$200 deal to build a health complex in Singapore.
Under the deal with Singapore Healthpartners Pte Ltd., the consortium will complete the 20-story building comprising a hospital and a hotel by early 2013, the builder said in a statement.
Samsung C&T has formed the consortium with Tiong Seng, a Singaporean construction company.
Samsung C&T holds a 55 percent stake in the project, with Tiong Seng owning the rest, the South Korean builder said.
