The Kejetia Traders Association (Mighty 18), has consoled former President Jerry John Rawlings and his family on the recent fire that gutted his Accra Ridge residence recently.
A statement signed by Mr. Samuel Boateng, Chairman of the Association, said members of the group were deeply saddened by the disaster.
It said that it was the prayer of the members that God would give to the former President, his wife and children the strength and courage to
withstand the difficult times.
The statement cautioned the public to refrain from unnecessary politicization of the incidence.
It said the association had every reason to believe that the Mills Administration would act with urgency to provide the former first family
with a fitting accommodation.
