Haiflow SAL, a privately owned sanitary ware distributing firm, has organised a day's training seminar to equip artisans in Accra with the appropriate technical knowledge.
The participants were taught how to install, repair and use the company's new products in accordance with international best practices.
Haiflow which represents world famous brands such as Grohe, Villeroy and Boch, Pavigres, Tredex and Gardenia Orchedia offered the artisanal training to contractors, tilers and plumbers.
Mr Karim Ghazale, General Manager of Haiflow SAL, said the training would offer a high level of before and after sale services as well as technical support to customers in the West African market.
He expressed the hope that the artisans would use the skills and knowledge acquired from the training to provide quality services that would substantially benefit the end users.
Mr Ghazale said the company would undertake continuous testing to improve quality of the products brand and standards to guarantee high quality client service.
He noted that the kind of training programmes developed would enable the participants to create a friendly environment and partnership to enable stakeholders to keep communicating with each other to get the best results.
