REGGAE star Ras Kuuku who has built a solid reputation with hard-hitting Reggae and socially conscious anthems, takes a step back from his militant voice to sing straight from the heart.
The result is Me N You Tonight, a love ballad packed with warmth, promises, and romance.
Ras Kuuku aka The Ghetto Youth President, shows his tender side on the soulful Lovers’ Rock tune reminding fans that love is just as powerful as his usual conscious messages.
Me And You Tonight is smooth and easy on the ear. The beat layered with soft Reggae rhythms and subtle percussion makes the song perfect for late-night listening or slow dancing with a partner.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the 2020 Telecel Ghana Music Awards(TGMA) Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year explained the inspiration behind the single.
“Love is a universal language. I wanted to create something for the fans that speaks directly to the heart, away from the politics and struggles of the streets.
“ I also wanted to express love in the most genuine and heartfelt way, especially to my wife and for all the true lovers out there, it is a reminder to slow down, appreciate one another and celebrate love in its purest form.
“ Love deserves to be cherished and lived right and for Reggae lovers, you are not left out, it comes in the form of Lovers Rock and it is dedicated to you”, he added.
