The organisers of the Ghana Music Festival have announced a rescheduling of the 2025 edition from August 22-24 to October 24-26, maintaining the original venue at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
The decision, announced by Berks Concepts and Quantum Communications in a press statement, aims to deliver a more impactful and globally recognised celebration of Ghanaian music and culture.
According to the organisers, the extended preparation period will allow for enhanced production quality, top-tier international and local collaborations, and a more immersive experience for artists, fans, and stakeholders.
Ahmed Alhassan Sali, Creative Lead of the festival, emphasised the vision behind the adjustment: “Our goal is to propel Ghanaian music beyond its current boundaries, showcasing our rich culture and talent on a grander scale.”
Previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new dates, with additional ticket tiers and special packages to be announced soon. Fans can also anticipate lineup reveals, sponsor announcements, and new festival attractions in the coming months.
The Ghana Music Festival is a premier platform celebrating Ghanaian and African music, arts, and culture, designed to foster industry growth and position Ghana as a global music hub.
