Actor and comedian, Akwasi Boadi popularly known as Akrobeto, is reported to have been involved in an accident at Konongo on his way to Kumasi Friday morning.

In a video shared by UTVGhana on its Instagram page, the host of Real News on UTV is seen talking to some concerned passersby who seemed concerned about his welfare.

From the video, it appears a long tractor carrying a container hit the rear of his car, breaking the glass into pieces and mangling the back of of the car as well.

Netizens have been thanking God for his survival in an accident that could have claimed his life following the deaths of Ebony and actor, Kwame Owusu Ansah. 

Akrobeto has featured in over 100 Kumawood movies and is known for the unusually large size of his nostrils.  

Due to his comic acts, he has recently been recognised by the international community where his comic acts were used by several presenters on CNN as well as other international television presenters.
