A divine encounter in 2014 was the turning point for Gospel artiste, Cecil Worlanyo Ocloo popularly known as Bro Cil to start his annual Gratitude concert.
The concert has been the platform for the artiste and other gospel colleagues to express their gratitude to God.
And come Saturday, November, 30, Bro Cil will lead patrons in an atmosphere of gratitude when this year’s concert holds at Garrison Church of Pentecost in Burma Camp, Accra at 6:00pm.
The free admission event will feature performances by Calvis Hammond and the COP Rhema Voices.
This year's event, marking the seventh edition is themed ' A time of Intimate Worship ' and it’s inspired by Psalm 63:1.
The main goal is to have patrons intercede for a peaceful elections as Ghana readies for its general elections on December 7.
“Gratitude is not just a feeling, but a choice and this annual concert is a platform for us to intentionally express our gratitude to God, and we're honoured to have Calvis Hammond and the COP Rhema Voices join us this year.
“More importantly, I trust God to see Ghana through a peaceful election at the December 7 polls and faith informed the decision to host this year’s event a week before,” he stated.
Over the years, Gratitude concert has had the likes of Calvis Hammond, Ps Siisi Baidoo, Franky5, among others on bill.
