CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah has called for increased investment in ownership of Ghanaian music catalogs in order to protect and promote the country’s cultural heritage.

He encouraged industry professionals to support Lynx Entertainment’s mission, pointing out that the initiative extends beyond music to include art, dance, fashion, and other critical elements of the creative sector.
The Live The Music’ launch was attended by notable personalities such as Reggie Rockstone, Kwame Farkye, KiDi and Lyrical Joe.
Head of Sony Music Publishing in West Africa, Godwin Tom who was present at the event also spoke, supporting Lynx Entertainment CEOs call for a collective effort to own and preserve music catalogs.
The ‘Live The Music’ initiative, spearheaded by Lynx Entertainment, aims to unite and collaborate with key players in the creative sector to enhance Africa’s unique cultural identity.
