Legendary Gospel singer Ohemaa Mercy has officially launched the 2024 edition of her annual gospel musical concert, Tehilla Experience.
The launch of this year’s edition of the concert, themed “The Bethel Experience,” took place on Wednesday, August 7, at the Tang Palace Hotel in Accra.
Several high-profile entertainment personalities were in attendance, including celebrated beat producer Kaywa, veteran music producer Fred Kyei Mensah, and gospel artistes Cwesi Oteng, Piesie Esther, and Ceccy Twum.
In an interview with ChannelOne TV, Ohemaa Mercy provided a glimpse of what attendees can expect from the upcoming concert and revealed some of the artistes scheduled to perform.
“People should expect the hand of God. And we have on board Nacee, Ebuka songs, Ceccy Twum, Piesie Esther, Uncle Ato, MOG music, Mama Esther and lots of sons and daughters that are also going to be established”.
The event is scheduled for September 7 this year, marking a departure from its usual date. According to the legendary Gospel songstress, the change was divinely inspired.
“I believe that through prayer and prophecy, the Lord gave us the direction that we should move Tehilla to my birth month. “
