Devtraco, a leading Ghanaian real estate developer, has launched a "Cash Back and Price Protection" promotion to give its customers the opportunity to save up to $11,250 on every home they purchase.
As part of the promotion, Devtraco has partnered with GLICO General, an insurance company, to offer home buyers a free 12-month comprehensive home insurance policy from July this year, in addition to a $3,500 cash back reward for customers towards the purchase of their homes plus a price protection worth $5,000.
A statement to the Ghana News Agency on Tuesday and signed by Madam Gloria Buckman Yankson, Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing at Devtraco, said the promotion was the company's way of giving back to society and making home acquisition a bit easier for the average Ghanaian in light of the global economic downturn.
The statement said: "2009 represents a significant milestone in the company's 16-year history and further signifies its evolution to a customer oriented residential property solutions platform."
It added that the evolution would allow Devtraco to be better recognized for its contribution to the real estate industry in the country.
The statement said Devtraco had undergone significant change with the launch early this year of new brand promise, "Quality, Elegance, Perfection, Devtraco" designed to communicate what drove it (Devtraco) as a company.
It said the company's mission had always been to find and drive the next leap ahead, to deliver the finest in real estate housing, and to continuously challenge the status quo.
