The GSE-All Share Index, the main measure of the Accra bourse, rose by 45.32 points on Monday to close at 10,763.20 points.
The change year to date now stands at 63.08 per cent.
Traded volumes closed the session stronger at over five million shares on the back of block trade in the shares of Ayrton Drug Manufacturing Limited. It sold 4.9 million shares.
There were three positive price changes. Enterprise Insurance Company gained GH¢0.02 at GH¢2.73; Fan Milk Limited was up by GH¢0.01 to close at GH¢4.68; and Unilever was up by GH¢0.45 at GH¢3.50.
Market capitalisation ended the session up at GH¢17,930.78 million.
