Ezzy Paints, in collaboration with Ghanaian sports broadcaster, Darius Osei, and some individuals, has donated some items to the Nkwatia Bless Children Orphanage in the Eastern Region as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The items included buckets of paint for refurbishing the facility, cash donations, groceries, toiletries, bottled water, soft drinks and other essential supplies.
This year’s outreach, which marked the 8th edition of the “Easter Feed The Orphan Donation,” a tradition that continues to impact lives at the Nkwatia orphanage, saw staff join the 45 children at the orphanage for a warm Easter meal, filled with joy and celebration.
The Director of the orphanage, Grace Yeboah, expressed gratitude for the donation.
“We thank Ezzy Paints and Darius’ Easter Feed The Orphan Donation’ team for this remarkable gesture.
“The paints will help us refurbish the facility, and the other items will help us celebrate the season.
We’re deeply grateful to Darius and everyone who contributed. God bless them all,” she said.
Darius Osei, known for his philanthropic outreach, shared the motivation behind the initiative.
During festive seasons like this, parents celebrate with their children.
But who celebrates with orphans?
That’s why we came to Kwahu Nkwatia to share in the joy of Easter with these amazing kids to bring smiles to their faces and remind them that they are loved,” he said.
