Twellium celebrated the 5th anniversary of its McBerry brand and recognised its staff’s professionalism and dedication as the company concluded its operations for the year 2024.
The award ceremony at Twellium’s headquarters in Adjen Kotoku of the Greater Accra Region reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to fostering a positive corporate culture and celebrating excellence.
Representing management, Head of HR Audit, Mr. Shadi Al Hussein, commended all departments for their contributions to the company’s success in 2024.
Mr. Hussein encouraged employees to maintain their health and productivity in the coming year, underscoring their role in sustaining the company’s upward trajectory.
Mrs. Rita Dick-Samels, Senior HR Manager for Twellium, expressed her gratitude to the staff for their unwavering dedication.
“We deeply appreciate your belief in this company, your daily commitment, and your tireless efforts. Your contributions are the backbone of our achievements, and today, we honour and celebrate you,” she remarked.
Acknowledging employees with 5 and 10 years of service, Mrs. Dick-Samels further noted, “You joined us with fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and drive, and over the years, you have become integral to our success story. Your dedication exemplifies that success is not merely about individual accomplishments but about teamwork and shared purpose.”
In her remarks, Madam Kafui Awusi Dogbe, HR Manager for McBerry, highlighted the significance of the milestone, emphasizing the diverse and inclusive workforce that has propelled the brand’s growth.
“Celebrating five years of operations reflects the strength of our multicultural and multiethnic team, comprising both Ghanaians and international professionals, which drives our mission to create wholesome, innovative products that bring joy to millions of families,” she stated.
The event recognized over 160 employees for their long service, with some receiving awards as departmental best performers.
The ceremony MCed by Fred Kwame Klutse comprised activities such as the cake-cutting by 5-year and 10-year-long service personnel, dancing groups, spoken word, artiste performance, and outdoor of the Twellium-branded cloth.
