The 19-acre community project comprising of 270 townhomes with a distinct focus on green living, which will be the largest and most sustainable development in Ghana, is located adjacent to the Tema Motorway, just a 30-minute’ drive from Kotoka International Airport, and close to the Borteyman Stadium.
