The board, would be chaired by Professor Nana Osei Darkwa, with Mr. Jacob Osei Yeboah as its Vice Chairman.

Other members of the Board are;  Dr. Chris Kpodar, Mr. Kudjoe Fianoo, Nana Ohene Fianko, Mr. George Agyekum Nana Donkor, His Royal Majesty Chikwudi Eze Dr. Jude Ehenetu,  Mr. Wabadang Vairi - President of 9BS Group of Companies and Mr. Alex Owoo Esq. (Board Secretary) completing the nine member list of Board members.

The Board is made up of seven old members and two new ones.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency in an interview after the inaugural meeting, Prof. Osei Darkwa said, the decision to reconstitute the Board, was to ensure that, they were able to meet the challenges of the company and re-align their new vision and mission for the task ahead.

According to him, they were unable to attain some of their strategic goals over the years, hence the need to re-organise the Board to revive the fortunes of the company.

"The new Board would re-organise the management, with the right team playing personnel with strong will to meet the strategic goals of the company," he added.

Mr. Wabadang Vairi - President of 9BS Group of Companies admitted that his outfit had some challenges over the years, serving as the tonic for the restructuring the company.

He said the decision to reconstitute the Board was part of the strategies to revive the various business networks of the company. “We are looking at long term businesses as well as capturing new areas that will keep our company stronger in a competitive market," he added.

Mr. Vairi said, the company was coming out with a new organogram, with a newly organised team, that would create the platform for good business relations and noted that, they would be seeking to see positive outcomes of the new structure by the close of the year.
