Must have completed National service Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Knowledge in QuickBooks Accounting software is a plus Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Sound Reporting and effective Communication
- Respond to enquiries on travel correspondence;
- Manage email messages on all authorized email addresses and relay to the CEO
- Manage the operations of the DHL and Travel Insurance
- Maintain an excellent Customer Service
- Answer phones by directing calls and responding to inquiries
- Take minutes at meetings and distribute.
- Perform any other activity that will be assigned.
- Prepare invoices and receipts on all transactions
- Prepare Payment Vouchers
- Update the cheque register and coordinate banking transactions.
