Description

Plan and Deliver Instruction
Prepare lesson plans and teach upper primary subjects using effective methods that meet curriculum standards and support learner understanding.

Assess and Monitor Learner Progress
Set assignments, mark classwork, conduct tests, and track pupils’ academic performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Classroom Management and Discipline
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment by managing behaviour, enforcing rules, and promoting respect among learners.

Learner Guidance and Support
Provide academic, emotional, and social support to pupils, encourage participation, and help develop confidence, values, and life skills.

Administrative and Professional Responsibilities
Keep accurate records, prepare reports, attend meetings, communicate with parents, and participate in training and school improvement activities.
