Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for classes following the approved curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and student participation.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly through tests, assignments, and observations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Participate actively in school initiatives, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Uphold the school’s policies and code of conduct, promoting discipline and respect among students.
- Support extracurricular activities and school events as needed.
