A highly reputable international school is urgently recruiting teachers for preschool, including:
1. Nanny
2. Teachers for all subjects
3. Assistant Teachers (preferably female)
Job Details:
* Monthly Salary Range: 1,200 - 1,500 GHC
* Montessori experience preferred
* Working Days: Monday - Friday
* Accommodation: Not provided
Location: Madina, Accra
Responsibilities
Nanny:
* Provide care and supervision for young children in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Assist with feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene routines.
* Support children's emotional and social development through play and interaction.
* Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area.
* Communicate effectively with teachers and parents about children's progress and needs.
Teachers for All Subjects:
* Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
* Assess students’ progress and provide feedback.
* Encourage creativity and participation in classroom activities.
* Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
* Communicate with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
Assistant Teachers
* Support the lead teacher in lesson delivery and classroom management.
* Assist students with learning activities and assignments.
* Prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
* Supervise children during breaks and outdoor activities.
* Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
