The mathematics Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality math instruction to students, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning. This role involves lesson planning, assessment, classroom management, and engaging students in interactive and practical mathematical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Lesson Planning & Instruction

• Develop and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.


• Use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, technology, and real-world applications.


• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.


• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.


• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.


• Maintain accurate records of student performance and report on progress.

Classroom Management

• Establish and enforce classroom rules to maintain discipline and respect.


• Create a supportive and structured learning atmosphere.


• Address student behavioral issues effectively and in line with school policies.

Student Engagement & Support

• Provide extra support to students struggling with mathematical concepts.


• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through interactive learning.


• Inspire students to develop a positive attitude towards mathematics.

Professional Development & Collaboration

• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.


• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and curriculum development.


• Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
