1. Candidate must have a minimum of Diploma or Degree in Education

2. Must have a good knowledge in GES Curriculum

3.  Must have 3 or more years experience teaching english for the Junior High level

4.  Must be very good in literacy and curriculum structure.

5.  Must have great love for children

6.  Must live around Adabraka and its environs
