Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Supervisor with outstanding teaching experience to lead our team in providing exceptional education and care for children aged 1-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of teachers and assistants
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and programs
- Ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and development
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Years education, including leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful team supervision
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of Early Years curriculum and framework
