Candidate should

1. Have some good knowledge or training in Montessori teaching and Learning techniques

2. Have worked in an International School and acquired Jolly Phonics expereince

3.  Must be a very good phonics and literacy teacher

4. Have a love for technology and a fast learner

5. Be very bubbly and lover of children

6. Be a great leader and team player

7.  Must have taught preschool for not less than 3 years

8. Must have the Nursery Teachers Certificate
