Identify and prospect new potential clients within the software industry
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, following up on inbound and outbound sales opportunities
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs
* Use a consultative sales approach to tailor software solutions to clients’ specific needs
* Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPI’s related to software sales
* Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients
* Negotiate and close sales deals, working within the company’s pricing and policies
* Manage sales cycles from lead generation through to the closing of deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience
* Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients through excellent communication and service
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions
* Handle post-sale account management to ensure clients derive maximum value from the software products
* Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development and customer support to drive client success
* Provide feedback to internal teams about client needs, concerns and market trends to help improve products and services
