We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee and enhance the safety and security protocols of our organization. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of strategies to safeguard personnel, assets, and information.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies and procedures.

Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate threats.

Manage and lead the security team, ensuring effective coverage and training.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Oversee access control systems, surveillance, and security technologies.

Investigate and resolve security breaches and incidents.

Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
