A trusted leader in security services, offering cutting-edge protection solutions to businesses and communities is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT/Call Center Officer to support our 24/7 operations center. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, system reliability, and rapid response coordination across our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls of clients, staff, and guards inquiries.
Conduct daily attendance register for the security guards/officers to ensure they are at post.
Prepare and provide accurate timesheet of guards attendance by the end of every month.
Monitor and ensure the rightful guards are performing overtime.
Provide support to the Duty Officer.
Log and escalate incidents to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of complains, resolutions, and shift reports.
Coordinate with control room officers to ensure rapid response to incidents.
