Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
• Identify and target potential B2B clients such as real estate
developers, hotels, schools, offices, and government agencies.
• Develop a structured client pipeline and meet agreed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to introduce Kitea’s B2B offerings.
• Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotations, and tenders.
2. Account Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement officers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and after-sales support in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and deals.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams for cross-promotions and brand alignment.
4. Product Knowledge & Presentation
• Stay up-to-date with Kitea’s product range, pricing, and new arrivals.
• Provide professional product demonstrations and interior design recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate sample displays and customized furniture requests where needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monthly and quarterly B2B sales revenue targets achieved.
• Number of new accounts opened per quarter.
• Client retention and repeat purchase rates.
• Timely and accurate reporting and CRM updates.
• Customer satisfaction ratings and feedback.
