A reputable company is seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join its sales team as Traffic Sales Executives. The role involves promoting and selling the company’s products directly to customers in high-traffic areas across Accra to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell company products at traffic junctions, lorry parks, bus stops, and other busy public locations.

· Engage customers professionally and provide accurate product information.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Record all sales accurately and account for products and cash received.

· Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activity, and market trends.

· Distribute promotional materials and product samples as directed.

· Maintain a neat appearance and represent the company’s brand positively.

· Work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum of JHS or SHS certificate.

· Prior sales or marketing experience is an advantage (training will be provided).

· Must be confident, outgoing, and persuasive.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Hardworking, reliable, and results-driven.

· Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.

· Must be based in or willing to work across Accra.

Compensation:

· Basic salary plus commission based on performance.

· Additional incentives for top-performing sales staff.

Work Environment:

· Field-based role involving active sales at traffic junctions, transport terminals, markets, and other high-traffic areas within Accra.
