• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 1-2 years of marketing and sales experience, preferably in the furniture, bedding, or baby products industry. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ghana as needed. • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including furniture retailers, baby stores, and childcare facilities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our mattresses and baby mats.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness for our mattress and baby mat lines.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the mattress and baby products sector.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve common goals and sales targets.
