Sales Manager Information
1.Maximise efficiency and protect business integrity by applying store SOP’S (Standard Operating Procedures) and procedures guided by the cluster manager
2.Follow SOP for customer service, Visual Merchandising, Store Ambience & Hygiene
3.Maintain floor standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the General appearance and cleanliness of the store
4.Analyze secondary sales and stock in hand on weekly basis and plan for replenishment
5.Responsible for stock & pilferage maintenance, Perpetual inventory and stock count to control shrinkage and pilferage.
6.Responsible for conserving and protecting company assets and inventory by regular stock take of assets and merchandise inventory.
7.Plan and Execute monthly store catchment activities for existing customers and new customers with the help of marketing & Operation Team.
8.Tracks competition closely (Range, Pricing, offers, Promotions) and suggests action to cluster Manager to ensure that our store remains ahead of the competition at all the times.
9.Track and analyze sales on a daily basis and take necessary actions immediately to ensure performance is as per plan.
10.Cash depositing to the bank and sending DSR to Accounts/Operations department.
11.Maintain Daily attendance
12.Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
13.Deal with the all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints or Grievances etc)
14.Other store related duties as needed
