Qualification Required: 1st Degree and or professional qualification. Master’s degree is an added advantage Experience – Minimum 2- 4 years and above in: Online Sales/e-commerce/e-banking or similar experience/Sales, Excellent customer relationship management/ client engagement at the highest level
- Drive sales of selected retail/personal products online.
- Develop strategies to cross-sell or up-sell online to existing customers.
- Develop strategies to grow or drive customer traffic to the company’s online platforms.
- Lead the online team in handling customer enquiries, complaints, and service delivery.
- Drive customer retention agenda via online platforms.
- Identify possible threats and opportunities in the company’s online operations and make necessary recommendations for Management decision making.
- Generate reports relating to online activities for management information and decision making.
