Sales Manager Information
Our client, an FMCG company is currently looking for a highly efficient and proactive Sales Supervisor to help with their operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategy and setting executable targets to expand company’s customer base, must be innovative and have a passion for selling.
- Develops and implements route sales systems
- Ensure salesmen run their routes / journeys as planned
- Documents all receipts and dispatches of RSM
- Monitors Salesmen to ensure all Route Books, Accounts Cards, Sales Invoices, Truck Load, Settlement Sheet and Vehicle Repair requests are completely and accurately filled.
- Conducts periodic route / field audits and route sales accompaniment with Salesmen.
- Ensures that the backroom is neat, well maintained and the products are regularly rotated
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales and empties report.
