This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focused on expanding our individual life insurance portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales agents.
Drive and manage sales activities to meet monthly and annual targets.
Plan and implement winning sales strategies.
Conduct institutional presentations and sales activations.
Prospect, generate leads, and ensure effective sales closures.
Supervise proposal form vetting and submissions.
Ensure professional client service and adherence to compliance standards.
Prepare and submit accurate, timely performance reports.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree or a Professional Qualification in Insurance.
Minimum 2 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role.
Strong background in agency recruitment and sales team management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
High emotional intelligence and people management capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong business acumen and a proven track record in delivering KPIs.
