Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. - Minimum of *5-7 years* of experience in export sales, international business development, or a similar role. - Proven experience working in or with the *West African market*, with a strong understanding of regional dynamics. - Experience in managing distributors, agents, and direct sales channels. - Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade regulations. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. - Ability to travel frequently within the West African region (up to 50% travel).
