Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the Company's wholesale business in Canada, United States, Australia and Europe.
- Identify and prioritize potential wholesale customers, including retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, based on market analysis and business objectives.
- Proactively source and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building with key decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations and sales presentations to secure large purchase orders and long-term contracts with wholesale clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs in collaboration with internal stakeholders including marketing, finance, and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of wholesale orders, including order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, pricing optimization, and sales growth.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data trends, and generate reports to measure progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and dedication.
