Must possess at least a under graduate diploma / degree in business from any recognized institution with at least 5 years working experience within an FMCG Market. Excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills Ability to determine solutions for Customers Must be results – oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must be confident, ambitious and responsible Must possess a valid driving license Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Able to work with minimal supervision
- Build and grow the wholesale channel for company's product portfolio
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the wholesale channel through effective planning and budgeting.
- Responsible for setting realistic and achievable sales targets for all wholesale partners
- Deal with wholesale partner issues and complaints expeditiously
- Keep abreast with product applications, market conditions and competitive activities and give feedback to management as and when required.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Maintain, develop and improve good business relationship with existing as well as prospective Customers in the assigned sector.
- Promote and sell all brands on the company’s product lines and be a source of inspiration for colleagues.
- Manage the Market Developer team as needed
