Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who is confident, proactive, and hungry to close deals. You will be responsible for finding new customers, managing leads, building relationships, and converting enquiries into sales—both online and offline.

If you love selling, talking to people, and earning commissions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

• Actively source and acquire new customers (corporate clients, schools, churches, event planners, SMEs)


• Follow up on website enquiries, WhatsApp leads, social media DMs, and walk-in customers


• Conduct cold calls, visits, and presentations to potential clients


• Promote Custom & Print products and services confidently

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers


• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions


• Provide accurate quotations and follow up until deals are closed


• Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to order completion

Order & Sales Support

• Work closely with the production team to ensure customer requirements are clear


• Track orders, delivery timelines, and customer feedback


• Maintain proper sales records and reports

Targets & Reporting

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Submit regular sales reports and updates


• Share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback
