Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate a sales team in
promoting our client’s premium fragrance and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in sales management, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to drive revenue
growth while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Lead, train, and supervise a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∙Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and client base.
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
∙Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new business
opportunities.
∙Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand
objectives.
∙Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and optimize
strategies.
∙Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
Qualifications and Requirements:
∙Degree holders (HND, BSc, MSc), Science / accounting background
∙Minimum 5 years direct experience working as sales / marketing manager
∙Proficient with point of sales software.
∙Knowledge of sustainable and luxury beauty markets is a plus.
∙Driving license (advantageous)
