Description
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer orders, preparing sales reports, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company. The role requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of the sanitary ware industry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Process and track customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and product information for customers.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Inventory Coordination: Liaise with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch of orders.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer information, and invoices.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports for the management team, providing insights into sales trends and performance metrics.
- CRM Management: Update and manage customer databases using CRM tools, ensuring all customer interactions and sales processes are documented.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales strategies and execution.
- Market Research: Gather and share information about competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to support the sales strategy.
- Promotional Activities: Coordinate promotional events and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and boost sales.
- After-Sales Support: Assist customers with any post-purchase issues, such as returns, replacements, or service inquiries.
