JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall be responsible for playing a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting the range of services for the company.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing clients as required, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Develops and implements effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborates with clients to understand their unique needs and recommends tailored clearing and forwarding solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiates contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and maximize profitability as prescribed by the company.
- Works closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and exceptional customer experience.
- Prepares regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
