Job Summary

As a Sales girl, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and driving sales in a retail environment. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service, create a positive shopping experience, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.


• Understand customer needs and provide service recommendations.


• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns.


• Actively engage customers to promote service and drive sales.


• Encourage customers to keep patronizing.


• Effectively communicate service information to customers.


• Implement strategies to attract customers.


• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.


• Work collaboratively  to achieve common goals.


• Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.


• Maintain a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• HND or Diploma equivalent.
