HND/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, retail management, or a related field is often preferred. Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is typically required. Experience in sales or marketing can also be beneficial. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams. Creativity and an eye for visual merchandising to design appealing displays. Familiarity with consumer behavior, experience with visual merchandising software, and knowledge of retail marketing strategies can be advantageous.

Designing and implementing attractive product displays in stores to enhance visibility and appeal to customers.

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure that inventory is replenished as needed.

Analyzing sales data to understand consumer trends and preferences, and adjusting merchandising strategies accordingly.

Conducting research on competitors and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and strategies.

Working closely with sales teams, marketing departments, and store management to create promotional campaigns and product launches.

Training store staff on product knowledge and effective selling techniques to improve overall customer experience and sales performance.
