Responsible for supervising all the branches of an Electrical and Electronic Outlet shop in Accra.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Staff Supervision & Management:

   
   
   • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
   
   
   • Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure proper coverage during store hours.
   
   
   • Conduct staff training, particularly on product knowledge and customer service.
   
   
   • Handle team disputes, performance reviews, and day-to-day HR issues.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Sales & Customer Service:

   
   
   • Drive sales through excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are met.
   
   
   • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
   
   
   • Assist with complex sales and provide detailed product information to customers, particularly for technical electrical items.
   
   
   • Track sales targets and motivate staff to achieve individual and collective goals.
   
   
   
   


3. 
   

   Store Operations:

   
   
   • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the shop.
   
   
   • Ensure the shop floor is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
   
   
   • Monitor stock levels and work closely with suppliers or warehouse teams for replenishment.
   
   
   • Conduct regular audits of inventory, ensuring accuracy in stock counts.
   
   
   
   


4. 
   

   Product Knowledge & Maintenance:

   
   
   • Stay updated on the latest electrical products and technologies available in the store.
   
   
   • Ensure that electrical products and devices are displayed correctly, priced, and functional.
   
   
   • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure any demonstration models are in working condition.
   
   
   
   


5. 
   

   Cash Management:

   
   
   • Manage the cash registers, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.
   
   
   • Perform daily reconciliations of cash and card sales.
   
   
   • Handle cash deposits and work with the finance department for accurate records.
   
   
   
   


6. 
   

   Health & Safety Compliance:

   
   
   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially regarding the handling of electrical items.
   
   
   • Conduct risk assessments and address any potential hazards in the store.
   
   
   
   


7. 
   

   Reporting & Communication:

   
   
   • Report to the Store Manager or higher management on store performance, sales, and any operational issues.
   
   
   • Communicate effectively with the warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams regarding stock orders, deliveries, or product issues.
