Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of servers to ensure excellent service
- Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support Restaurant Manager with inventory management and ordering
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
