Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head Cook to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.
2. Plan and prepare menus, including specials and seasonal dishes.
3. Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
4. Manage kitchen operations, including food storage, inventory management, and waste reduction.
5. Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge.
6. Ensure excellent customer service by providing high-quality food and responding to customer feedback.
7. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs.
8. Ensure the kitchen is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
9.Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
