We are looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Manager to oversee front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and support the team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

This role requires hands-on management, quick decision-making, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-quality food environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during shift


• Coordinate and supervise front-of-house and/or kitchen staff as needed


• Ensure excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest concerns


• Monitor food quality, presentation, and timing in collaboration with kitchen staff


• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift


• Manage staff breaks, shift changes, and ensure smooth handovers


• Support onboarding and training of new team members


• Handle cash-outs, POS reports, and daily closing procedures


• Communicate effectively with the management team about shift performance and issues
