We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead our team across our three NyoNyo Essentials branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent people skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and efficiency across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and ability to travel between branches

• Oversee daily operations across all three NyoNyo Essentials branches


• Rotate between branches throughout the week to ensure consistent quality and service


• Participate in hands-on floor work (eg, meal prep, food packaging,etc) as needed, demonstrating a willingness to support the team at all levels


• Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all locations


• Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and overall financial performance


• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service


• Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement processes


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally


• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, analysis, and communication
